Our decorative tin containers are applicable for most of products except liquid. There are mainly seamless tins and 3-pc or more assembled tin box or containers.

Lid types

You can customize your tin box packaging with various lid types. There are more than 15 kinds of lid types for option. For balm, salve or other skincare products, you can choose screw top. For mints or tablets, slide top lid and click clack lid both are great. For tea, matcha or coffee, pillow lid enjoys popularity. For CBD gummy or pre-rolls, Child resistant lock lid would help your items safe away from Children or PETS. Slip lid is widely used on large tins and unique shaped tins such as cookies, shortbread, chocolates, etcs. For spice or saffron, window tins are great for displaying the items inside of tin can.

You can customize any logo, text or pattern embossed/debossed with printing on lid. We produce lid of custom printed tin box on punching machine and for embossing or debossing process is made on the first punching machine to make sure accuracy. Debossed or embossed logo, text and pattern on custom printed tins is definitely upgrading your brand.

Body & Bottom types

The body type of tin can is relatively simple, there are mainly below 3 types. The sleek body design usually match edge curved inside lid which looks flat on the whole surface. The neck line on body of tin can makes container more durable. Bottom types are divided into 3 main types:

  • bottom edge curved out tins (most of tins based on this type, the body height of tins can be modified and customized);
  • Bottom edge curved inside tins(the body height of tins can be modified but mold tooling cost is higher)
  • Seamless bottom tins are widely used for spice, candle, balm, salve, herbs, powder packaging, while the logo or text printing on side of body is limited by offset printing method.

Yes, we can print your any logo and design in full color on tins. We proceed tinplate sheet printing with your logos or designs before tin box forming process. When you send us your artwork, our designer would put it into our diecut line(template) for your approval to check pattern, logo, text position and size.

Definitely yes. We would set up new embossing or debossing tooling according to your design. This tooling cost shall depend on the effect and size. Generally 3D relief cost is higher than flat embossing or debossing but not much. Generally patterns like person, animal or flower would require 3D relief to achieve more realistic and vivid effect.
Custom printed logo or pattern can be done with embossed or debossed effect.
Embossing or debossing tooling is one-time cost. You can keep to use it on your next repeated orders.

Tinspkg have a range of spice tins from rectangular shape, square shape, round shape to mini size tin, pocket-size tin, mediume size tin to large size tin.

Mini size tins we would like to recommend our slide lid spice tins which is for short or medium term storage. You can fill in sea salt, chili powder, herbs and more.

Ordering & Delivery

Our tins MOQ generally 3000pcs including spice tins. We would set up printing template and get all smaller orders together printed in order to save clients cost as small orders quantity is not enough to be printed on single template which generally request 1500 tin plate sheets and a piece of tin plate is about 1080x960mm size.

No setup fee or mold fee for custom orders. Tinspkg have over 2000 set of molds for you to choose including shapes and sizes. If you need to set up your unique mold for brand, there is a customized mold charge.

Yes you can order our stock sample to check size and structure of tins for free; only need to pay for freight.

If you need sample with your design printed, it would take 7-10days. We shall proceed tin plate printing firstly before forming.

The main factors on custom tin box price are quantity, size, printing and structure. For example, 2 oz screw top tins, it costs USD0.14-USD0.5 per piece.

Yes we offer price according to your quantities. All of our tins are wholesale price and 20% competitive lower than market.

Yes, for repeated order no extra fee. For new design order, if you need to make proof, then there is cost which depends on your artwork.
