Our decorative tin containers are applicable for most of products except liquid. There are mainly seamless tins and 3-pc or more assembled tin box or containers.
Lid types
You can customize your tin box packaging with various lid types. There are more than 15 kinds of lid types for option. For balm, salve or other skincare products, you can choose screw top. For mints or tablets, slide top lid and click clack lid both are great. For tea, matcha or coffee, pillow lid enjoys popularity. For CBD gummy or preroll, Child resistant lock lid would help your item safe away from Children or PETS. Slip lid is widely used on large tins and unique shaped tins such as cookies, shortbread, chocolates, etcs. For spice or saffron, window tins are great to display the items inside of tin can.
You can customize any logo, text or pattern embossed/debossed with printing on lid. We produce lid of custom printed tin box on punching machine and for embossing or debossing process is made on the first punching machine to make sure accuracy. Debossed or embossed logo, text and pattern on custom printed tins is definitely upgrading your brand.
Body & Bottom types
The body type of tin can is relatively simple, there are mainly below 3 types. The sleek body design usually match edge curved inside lid which looks flat on the whole surface. The neck line on body of tin can makes container more durable. Bottom types are divided into 3 main types:
- bottom edge curved out tins (most of tins based on this type, the body height of tins can be modified and customized);
- Bottom edge curved inside tins(the body height of tins can be modified but mold tooling cost is higher)
- Seamless bottom tins are widely used for spice, candle, balm, salve, herbs, powder packaging, while the logo or text printing on side of body is limited by offset printing method.
