About us

Dongguan Tinspkg Co., Ltd. is a custom metal tin packaging supplier and tinplate molding solution provider established in 2013. The company supports industrial partners by managing custom tinplate packaging projects from initial concept through to market execution.

With more than 12 years of OEM/ODM manufacturing experience in tin box packaging and tinplate products, Tinspkg operates under ISO9001, BSCI, and SGS certifications. An inventory of over 3,000 existing molds allows clients to initiate production without new tooling investments, reducing initial development costs and shortening lead times.

Structural design, die line, artwork check, 3D rendering and sample production

Step 6 – Mass production

Once the sample is approved, we start mass production including printing, stamping, forming, assembly and final packing under controlled production procedures.

Step 7 – Quality inspection

Tinspkg perform multiple rigorous quality check throughout the manufacturing process (incoming material inspection/printing inspection/dimension check/functional testing/final random inspection) to ensure that the quality of the product meets expectations when it leaves the factory.
