The basic color for all tin products is silver metal color. They are made by premium tinplate that looks bright not dark. People some times call tin material as steel or aluminum tin. For custom printed tin products, we mainly proceed tin plate offset printing before shaping. For shaped silver tins to customize printing, you can choose digital printing or Silkscreen printing to meet your demand.

Black Tin Container

Black color is an attractive and premium color. To meet different brand story, you can choose glossy or matte black color. Customization & production

Yes, we can print your any logo and design in full color on tins. We proceed tinplate sheet printing with your logos or designs before tin box forming process. When you send us your artwork, our designer would put it into our diecut line(template) for your approval to check pattern, logo, text position and size.

Definitely yes. We would set up new embossing or debossing tooling according to your design. This tooling cost shall depend on the effect and size. Generally 3D relief cost is higher than flat embossing or debossing but not much. Generally patterns like person, animal or flower would require 3D relief to achieve more realistic and vivid effect.
Custom printed logo or pattern can be done with embossed or debossed effect.
Embossing or debossing tooling is one-time cost. You can keep to use it on your next repeated orders.

Tinspkg have a range of spice tins from rectangular shape, square shape, round shape to mini size tin, pocket-size tin, mediume size tin to large size tin.

Mini size tins we would like to recommend our slide lid spice tins which is for short or medium term storage. You can fill in sea salt, chili powder, herbs and more.

Ordering & Delivery

Our tins MOQ generally 3000pcs including spice tins. We would set up printing template and get all smaller orders together printed in order to save clients cost as small orders quantity is not enough to be printed on single template which generally request 1500 tin plate sheets and a piece of tin plate is about 1080x960mm size.

No setup fee or mold fee for custom orders. Tinspkg have over 2000 set of molds for you to choose including shapes and sizes. If you need to set up your unique mold for brand, there is a customized mold charge.

Yes you can order our stock sample to check size and structure of tins for free; only need to pay for freight.

If you need sample with your design printed, it would take 7-10days. We shall proceed tin plate printing firstly before forming.

The main factors on custom tin box price are quantity, size, printing and structure. For example, 2 oz screw top tins, it costs USD0.14-USD0.5 per piece.
